My Story
Two chapters. One life. Everything changed in the water.
I spent years studying the mind — how it works, how it breaks, how it heals. I built a career around psychology, wrote a book, launched a podcast, and stood on stages making people laugh at the same pain I was still carrying. From the outside it looked like I had it figured out.
But there was a ceiling I kept hitting. The frameworks were good. The research was real. And none of it was enough. Something was missing — not in the science, but in me. I was trying to fix a spiritual problem with psychological tools.
Then I gave my life to Jesus Christ. I was baptized in the ocean, and I came out of that water a different man. Not fixed — transformed. The difference matters. Fixed means patched. Transformed means new.
Everything I had built before — the books, the podcast, the comedy, the psychology — I had to look at it all again through a new lens. Some of it held up. A lot of it needed to be torn down and rebuilt from the foundation. That's what I've been doing ever since.
A Spiritual Rampage is that rebuilt work. It takes everything I learned about the mind and rewrites it — simplified, step by step, every claim backed by scripture. Not psychology dressed up in faith language. Faith, with the research to back it up.
I'm also a father. That changes everything too. The man holding that newborn is not the man who wrote The Cognitive Rampage. He's someone who finally understands what it means to be responsible for another soul — and what it means to have a Father who feels that way about you.
This site is the record of both chapters. The Before and the After. I'm not hiding the before — it's part of the testimony. But I'm not going back either.
