You all asked for it, they gave it to us! The innovators Dr. Kruse and the Naudi Aguilar together on one show! Dr. Kruse was kind enough to be interviewed by myself and Naudi at the same time. We go deeper into the rabbit hole of Dr. Kruse’s competence and we extract some helpful Biohacks and scientific reasoning from Kruse’s blackhole of “knowing”.
Kyle Dake is an American former collegiate wrestler at Cornell University. He won four
NCAA Division I national titles. With his fourth title in 2013, he joined Cael Sanderson and Pat Smith as the only four-time Division I champions. The feat was later matched again by Logan Stieber.[1] He won the 141 pound weight class as a freshman in 2010, the 149 pound class in 2011, the 157 pound class in 2012, and the 165 pound class in 2013 defeating David Taylor, the defending champion and 2012 Dan Hodge Trophy winner. Dake is the only wrestler in NCAA history to win four national championships in four different weight classes. No other wrestler had previously won NCAA titles in more than two weight classes.[2] Dake became the second man to win three national titles in his first three seasons without having taken a redshirt year after Pat Smith of Oklahoma State. As Smith took a redshirt year after his third year Dake is the first man to win four titles in four years of competition without a redshirt year.[3] He finished his college career with a record of 137-4 and was undefeated his last two years. Following the 2013 season Dake was awarded the Dan Hodge Trophy, awarded annually to the nation’s best college wrestler.[4] He was also named Sports Illustrated’s 2013 male College Athlete of the Year[5] Dake sought a spot on the 2012 US Olympic wrestling team, but finished third at the U.S. Olympic Trials and failed to qualify.[6] Dake is a member of the Quill and Dagger society. Dake attended Lansing High School in New York and was a two-time New York State champion and three-time finalist

The Cognitive Rampage Podcast #136: Dr. Aaron Turner
Co-Founder of OneThought.com
With a first class degree in anthropology, Aaron pursued an academic career. Getting his masters and PhD from Brunel where he also worked as a researcher and junior faculty member. He was interested in how a deeper understanding of humanity would enable positive change or at least increased mental freedom from cultural limits.
Obsessed with how humans and societies actually worked, he became fascinated in his Uncle and Aunt’s work. Their work seemed to be based on a truly transformative insight into human functioning. The prospect of a new platform for change and understanding drew Aaron to study with George and Linda Pransky and their colleagues and then work with them for 10 years. As well as running their practice for a number of years, Aaron was keen to apply their discoveries to organizational and business issues and challenges. At that time they were one of the first practices to apply their approach to organizational and leadership issues. In every area it was applied, the understanding brought significant improvement. Based on this experience, Aaron has dedicated his professional life to highlighting and applying the transformative potential of a Principle based understanding of the mind to our current challenges and limitations. During his career he has done this within individual and couples counseling, business and organizations development, leadership development (corporate and military), sales training, education and mediation. Aaron founded One Thought to bring an appreciation of this understanding to the mainstream.
He is a published author, international speaker and lives with is family in London.
Alvin for some reason thought I would be a good mentor to him. He asked, so I agreed. Although he is my first Mentoree, I have had some very strong primary and virtual mentors in my life and have been using their teachings and my life experiences to hopefully help an already honorable and stoic man, who has come from a similar background as mine. Here goes!
