She holds her Ph.D in Social Science from The University of California Santa Cruz #UCSantaCruz. For over a decade, Dr. Maroon has researched what makes #individuals and #organizations attain optimal outcomes. As a strategic facilitator and #speaker , her work fuses #insights from the social sciences, #neuroscience , and life #poetry to provide organizations and individuals with the keys to optimal and #inspiring results. Dr. Maroon’s inspired work has contributed to change making initiatives that have benefitted numerous organizations and impacted the lives of over 25,000 people. From igniting the #TEDx stage, bringing #passion and #presence to national #keynotes to working hands on with social good driven organizations, Dr. Maroon generates “will-how” and strategic pathways that amplify optimal outcomes for the many.
